What you will do

• Take ownership of product quality for a high-growth D2C product in LegalTech/Utilities.
• Perform hands-on manual QA in a fast-moving environment with frequent feature releases and continuous experiments.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure features are stable, reliable, and work as expected across browsers and devices.
• Execute regression testing and validate fixes independently.
• Communicate bugs and findings clearly, including steps to reproduce and expected vs actual behavior.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of modern web application architecture and browser behavior.
• Solid understanding of authentication mechanisms.
• Experience testing subscription-based products.
• Understanding of release cycles, regression testing, and risk-based QA.
• Experience with BrowserStack (or equivalent) for cross-browser and cross-OS testing.
• Manual QA–first mindset with attention to detail and edge cases.
• Clear, structured communication of bugs and findings.
• Proactive, ownership-driven approach to quality, collaborating with developers and product managers.

Nice to have

• Experience with D2C SaaS products.
• Exposure to A/B testing, feature flags, or experimentation frameworks.
• Understanding of automated testing concepts.
