What you will do
- Take ownership of product quality for a high-growth D2C product in LegalTech/Utilities.
- Perform hands-on manual QA in a fast-moving environment with frequent feature releases and continuous experiments.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure features are stable, reliable, and work as expected across browsers and devices.
- Execute regression testing and validate fixes independently.
- Communicate bugs and findings clearly, including steps to reproduce and expected vs actual behavior.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of modern web application architecture and browser behavior.
- Solid understanding of authentication mechanisms.
- Experience testing subscription-based products.
- Understanding of release cycles, regression testing, and risk-based QA.
- Experience with BrowserStack (or equivalent) for cross-browser and cross-OS testing.
- Manual QA–first mindset with attention to detail and edge cases.
- Clear, structured communication of bugs and findings.
- Proactive, ownership-driven approach to quality, collaborating with developers and product managers.
Nice to have
- Experience with D2C SaaS products.
- Exposure to A/B testing, feature flags, or experimentation frameworks.
- Understanding of automated testing concepts.
