What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders and the Salesforce team to understand requirements.
• Design and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform aligned with stakeholder requirements.
• Ensure high adoption rates and smooth and efficient usage globally.
• Prioritize efforts together with the Salesforce team.
• Support end-users in new processes and functionalities.

Requirements

• Strong Salesforce platform knowledge covering design, implementation, data management, integration, and testing.
• Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, and HTML for Lightning components and Visualforce pages, along with understanding various integration options (REST, SOAP, Salesforce Connect).
• Expertise in automating business processes using workflow rules, process builder, flows, and Apex Triggers.
• Understanding of deployment processes (changesets, Salesforce DX, CI tools) and the Salesforce security model.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• English: C1+ (professional fluency) required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Communication Cloud (Industries CPQ, Vlocity) and OmniStudio components.
