What you will do

• Deliver on-site technical support for SWAN customers, including installations, repairs, and in-life changes of BT Enterprise products.
• Configure and optimize routing traffic, ensuring customer services are fully operational and tailored to their needs.
• Diagnose and resolve complex faults, performing coordinated diagnostic tests with 2nd line support and implementing on-site fixes.
• Perform structured cabling, install connectivity, and conduct Wi-Fi/mobile signal surveys.
• Engage with customers, provide tutorials on BT services, and ensure confidence in using solutions.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing customer operations through proactive recommendations and support.

Requirements

• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and engage confidently with business customers.
• Strong empathy and logical problem-solving skills for technical issues.
• Recent, relevant, and extensive data networking and telecoms engineering experience, including installation, configuration, and fault resolution of network LAN and WAN infrastructure.
• Practical experience in structured cabling, system configuration, and coordinated diagnostics.
• Must be willing to undergo Government Security Clearance to SC level.
• Required to have resided in the UK for a minimum of 5 years.
• Willingness to cover an out-of-hours on-call rota slot.
