Bid Officer

What you will do

• Analyze tender specifications and identify requirements.
• Participate in defining winning strategies.
• Design best-value solutions in collaboration with technical experts.
• Write proposals in Dutch or English.
• Collaborate with team members, technical experts, or external contributors.
• Ensure proposals cover all selection and award criteria.

Requirements

• University degree in IT or similar professional experience.
• Professional experience in IT projects (e.g., Architect, Analyst, Project Manager).
• Fluency in Dutch (Native or C2) and English (C2), both written and verbal, is a must.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Professional experience in projects or public tenders for the Belgian/The Netherlands (semi-)public sector and/or EU Institutions.
• Practical experience in proposal preparation or bid management.
• Active knowledge of French (B1+).
