What you will do
- Build and own the global affiliate marketing strategy across all Ruby Labs products.
- Launch affiliate programs from scratch for multiple brands.
- Evaluate, select, and manage affiliate platforms, networks, and tracking tools.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage high-quality affiliate partners.
- Design CPA, revenue-share, hybrid, and tiered commission models.
- Define and enforce affiliate program rules, policies, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Affiliate Marketing.
- Proven experience building affiliate programs from scratch.
- Experience with SaaS and/or DTC subscription products.
- Strong understanding of affiliate tracking, attribution models, and postback logic.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset, data-driven decision-maker.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Experience managing affiliate programs across multiple brands.
- Experience with international affiliates and multi-market setups.
- Background in high-volume consumer funnels.
