Senior Full-Stack Developer (AI): Leads the development of complex, full-stack digital services, acting as a trusted client partner and team pillar, with an accent on architectural decisions, software quality, and maintainability. Focus on navigating technical roadblocks, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to pre-sales efforts.

Location: We offer a hybrid working model, but to support close collaboration, you’ll need to be located near one of our Finland offices (Helsinki or Tampere). We are currently unable to provide relocation support.

What you will do

• Contribute to and lead the development of complex, full-stack digital services across various industries.
• Make informed design and architecture decisions, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Navigate technical and organizational uncertainty, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced developers, reviewing code and sharing knowledge.
• Help define and enforce technical best practices and standards.
• Participate in client-facing work, including demos, technical discussions, and roadmap planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in software development, preferably in client-facing or consultancy roles.
• In-depth expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Kotlin, Python, .NET) and confidence working across the stack.
• Experience in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Spring Boot, Django).
• Solid grasp of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of system design, data modelling, APIs, and databases.
• Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Communicates fluently in English.

• Experience and interest in AI augmented SW development.
