System Analyst (Origination Web)

TL;DR

System Analyst (Origination Web): Designing and maintaining client-facing web components for onboarding and product application processes with an accent on technical solution architecture, API design, and data models. Focus on enhancing customer experience, optimizing conversion funnels, and managing end-to-end product development requirements.

Location: Flexible work from one of our offices or remote. Relocation support to one of our hubs — Cyprus, Spain, Serbia, or Kazakhstan — with assistance for the employee and their family.

What you will do

• Proactively propose and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and optimize the conversion funnel.
• Participate in the full product life cycle from initial idea to launch.
• Elaborate specifications for integration interactions between products.
• Work with Engineering, Design, and other key teams, ensuring a unified approach.
• Create technical documentation, specifications, and service requirements.
• Design efficient technical solutions considering business needs with the development team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as System Analyst.
• Experience with designing API, architecture, data model, and business processes.
• Proficiency in UML/BPMN.
• Ability to analyze business needs and create clear specifications for developers.
• Knowledge of REST/gRPC models.
• Experience designing complex scalable services with high load and high availability.
• Hands-on experience in launching and developing products from scratch.
• English B1 or higher for effective communication.

Nice to have

• Solid experience with MongoDB or PostgreSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming patterns.
• Experience working with Kafka.
