What you will do

• Build, optimize, and maintain recommendation algorithms using machine learning techniques and LLMs to deliver personalized coaching content and insights.
• Develop and maintain web and mobile applications using Next.js, React, and Node.js, ensuring responsive, secure, and performant features.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Python, focusing on scalability and integration with recommendation systems.
• Collaborate with the ML team to integrate and deploy recommendation models into production, ensuring data security and compliance.
• Work with compliance teams to implement and audit features to meet SOC 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 27018 standards, ensuring secure data handling in recommendation systems.
• Partner with product, design, and ML teams to translate requirements into user-centric, compliant solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience, with hands-on work in recommendation systems or machine learning-driven applications.
• Proficiency in Next.js and React for building responsive, secure, and performant user interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js for scalable APIs and microservices, with experience in Python for data handling and ML integration.
• Familiarity with building or integrating recommendation algorithms, ideally using LLMs or NLP techniques.
• Basic understanding of SOC 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 27018 standards, with experience in secure coding practices and data protection.
• Experience with Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations, including bot development and webhooks.
