What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve and exceed business and budget targets.
  • Drive active customer and business development through strategic account management and hands-on sales support.
  • Implement strategic initiatives and continuous improvements to enhance team performance, processes, and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • You are results- and goal-oriented with a clear business mindset.
  • You are structured, independent, and resilient under pressure.
  • You create engagement and motivation within your team, putting collective success first.
  • You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
  • Experience with leading and coaching B2B sales teams, driving complex sales, and managing budget and performance follow-up.
  • Technical skills: proficiency in CRM tools, structured sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sales), and fluency in Swedish and English.
