- Drive active customer and business development through strategic account management and hands-on sales support.
- Implement strategic initiatives and continuous improvements to enhance team performance, processes, and customer engagement.
Requirements

- You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
- Experience with leading and coaching B2B sales teams, driving complex sales, and managing budget and performance follow-up.
- Technical skills: proficiency in CRM tools, structured sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sales), and fluency in Swedish and English.
