Marketing Data Analyst: Providing data support across the Marketing Team with an accent on performance and lifecycle marketing. Focus on measurement & attribution: you will collaborate with marketing team on how to track and quantify the growth different channels drive and how it is measured and controlled for incremental effects.

What you will do
- Provide data support across the Marketing Team, with an increased focus on performance and lifecycle marketing.
- Lead insights projects around return-on-investment, segmentation and produce actionable analyses.
- Own measurement & attribution.
- Build and maintain data models in your space using BigQuery and dbt.
Requirements
- You are excited to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to hirify.global’s mission!
- You have a proven track-record of 2+ years, demonstrating strong analytical skills, ideally in a marketing team.
- You are impact-driven and are able to balance quality and speed.
- You have strong SQL skills and ideally Python / R. Bonus: dbt
- You are experienced with data visualisation tools, e.g. Looker, tableau
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and causal inference
