What you will do

  • Own the global revenue operations strategy and ensure data, systems, and processes align with company growth goals.
  • Build the revenue plan with the Head of Finance and CRO, then implement it through territories, commissions, and sales alignment.
  • Drive forecast accuracy, pipeline efficiency, and full-funnel visibility to catch and fix issues before they impact results.
  • Manage Hubspot/powerBI architecture, data integrity, and integrations across the GTM stack.
  • Build and lead a high-performing RevOps team covering systems, analytics, and enablement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to drive scale and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, management consulting, or GTM Strategy, including 2+ years in leadership.
  • Proven success building and scaling RevOps functions in high-growth B2B SaaS environments targeting small and medium size customers.
  • Deep knowledge of Hubspot, forecasting, reporting, and territory design.
  • Experience managing GTM tools and integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working with executive.
