What you will do
- Develop and evolve our Paid Search product to ensure our methodology, tech stack, and strategic approach are industry leading.
- Serve as the most senior strategic advisor for a portfolio of top-tier global brands and translate complex business goals into high-performance search roadmaps.
- Partner with the executive team to lead high-stakes new business pitches and identify organic growth opportunities within the existing client base.
- Drive the adoption of AI-driven bidding, advanced attribution models, and privacy-first tracking solutions across the agency.
- Provide executive level consultancy to client CMOs and Marketing Directors, acting as a trusted partner in their business growth.
- Work alongside other discipline leads to ensure Paid Search is a key pillar of a holistic, 360-degree digital strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in Paid Search with a proven track record of managing large budgets and complex, multi-market strategies.
- You have experience (or the clear capability) to own a service line, from the commercial P&L impact to the strategic methodology.
- You are a "closer" in pitches and a strategic grower of accounts and understand that client satisfaction is rooted in business impact, not just CPCs.
- You are active in the industry, staying ahead of Google’s roadmap, automation trends, and the shifting search landscape (SGE, TikTok as a search engine, etc.).
- You can act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by simplifying the complex and providing the clarity needed to make informed commercial decisions.
