Scrum Master (Fintech)

TL;DR

Scrum Master (Fintech): Joining a team working with Loan IQ, a strategic system supporting corporate lending products, focusing on progress, predictability, and delivery quality in a SAFe / agile environment. Focus on collaboration, transparency, and improving agile practices and tooling.

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk (at least 2-3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 600-800 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Act as Scrum Master for one or two development teams working on Loan IQ.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Support the team in planning, follow-up, delivery, and impediment removal.
• Manage dependencies and coordinate with other teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute to improving agile practices, SAFe ways of working, and tooling.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong experience working in Agile and SAFe environments.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and SDLC.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Relevant agile certification.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
