What you will do

• Directly support the CEO in all business matters.
• Prepare analyses and decision-making support.
• Develop presentations, reports, and technical briefings.
• Manage ongoing correspondence and serve as a central interface for internal and external communication.
• Host and manage visitors of the executive board.
• Independently execute market and technology analyses to support corporate strategy.

Requirements

• Completed Master’s degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences.
• PhD or initial professional experience in a similar environment or in consulting.
• Basic knowledge of Electrical Engineering and e-mobility.
• Understanding of technical interrelations and innovation processes.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Strong communication skills at all levels, discretion, and a structured working style.

Nice to have

• Very good knowledge of German and English, Italian as an advantage.
