What you will do

• Identify product and pricing improvements that deliver value for the SME segment.
• Collaborate with Sales, analyze portfolio data, and market trends to leverage data-driven insights.
• Prioritize competing initiatives and maximize customer value with available resources.
• Shape the new SME offering and how the team works.
• Develop innovative, customer-centric insurance solutions.
• Consider the digital aspects and risk management services to be provided to customers.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading projects with cross-functional team members and stakeholders.
• Reassuring and pedagogical communication skills in English and Finnish.
• At least 3-5 years of experience working with data-driven decision making.
• Higher education (minimum Bachelor) within mathematics, statistics, engineering, or economics.
• A passion for building customer-centric solutions.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with a programming language like R, SAS, Python, Scala, or SQL.
• Work experience from insurance or finance and comfort with the insurance business model.
