What you will do
- Identify product and pricing improvements that deliver value for the SME segment.
- Collaborate with Sales, analyze portfolio data, and market trends to leverage data-driven insights.
- Prioritize competing initiatives and maximize customer value with available resources.
- Shape the new SME offering and how the team works.
- Develop innovative, customer-centric insurance solutions.
- Consider the digital aspects and risk management services to be provided to customers.
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading projects with cross-functional team members and stakeholders.
- Reassuring and pedagogical communication skills in English and Finnish.
- At least 3-5 years of experience working with data-driven decision making.
- Higher education (minimum Bachelor) within mathematics, statistics, engineering, or economics.
- A passion for building customer-centric solutions.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with a programming language like R, SAS, Python, Scala, or SQL.
- Work experience from insurance or finance and comfort with the insurance business model.
