What you will do

• Support day-to-day operations, changes, and issue resolution across multiple HR systems (e.g., Oracle eBusiness Suite, SmartRecruiters, Cornerstone Learning).
• Become a flexible team member, moving between different HR systems for daily inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively with global/regional HR, Finance, and HRIT teams.
• Take ownership of daily activities, ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Experience in HR technology delivery and transformation initiatives within complex, global organizations.
• Familiarity with Oracle EBS and various Cloud HR technology products (Oracle, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, Applaud, Service Now).
• Strong knowledge of HR Technology systems, HR processes, and payroll systems from a functional perspective.
• Experience governing HR data and determining appropriate PII access.
• Familiarity with GDPR and equivalent data privacy regimes.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
