What you will do

• Create and manage text-based product content, including in-app texts, FAQs, help articles, and user documentation.
• Plan, script, and produce instructional videos and step-by-step visual guides that help users understand product features and workflows.
• Act as the link between Product, Engineering, and Legal/Tax teams to guarantee that all local content reflects current accounting and tax regulations.
• Manage the localization process for Dutch and English (and optionally French) versions of product content.
• Gather input from local Sales, Support, and end-users to identify content gaps and improvement areas.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Technical Writing, Multimedia Production, or a related field (Finance/Accounting is a plus).
• At least 3 years of experience in product content creation, technical documentation, or localization.
• Proven experience creating and editing video tutorials and visual guides (a portfolio may be requested).
• Native or fluent Dutch and business-fluent English (French is a plus).
• A strong understanding of local accounting or tax principles and small business practices.
• Expert proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and video/screen recording tools (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere).
