Team Lead, Inside Sales (AI, AR): Leading and managing the Inside Sales Team, driving performance and ensuring the achievement of sales targets with an accent on strategic oversight, data-driven decision-making, and the development of sales strategies. Focus on implementing sales strategies, optimizing performance through data analysis, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Location: Hybrid in Göppingen, Germany or Porto, Portugal with up to 50% home office and a Work From Abroad Program allowing up to 40 days of work outside your contracting country.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute inside sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals and team KPIs.
  • Oversee daily operations of the inside sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Design and implement effective training programs to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, optimize strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and other departments to align sales strategies with broader company goals.
  • Regularly update senior management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • In-depth understanding of inside sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Mastery of sales tools and technologies, including CRM systems and sales analytics software.
  • Expertise in analyzing sales data to drive performance improvements and optimize sales strategies.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales training programs.
  • Direct responsibility for achieving sales targets, team KPIs, and revenue goals.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Italian, Spanish, or French is preferred.
