What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to key account leads, internal teams, and clients, helping them make sound architectural decisions.
• Ensure the full cross-competence offering in tech, design, data, and advisory is leveraged for portfolio growth.
• Guide others in mobile technologies, modern web architecture, strategic tech decisions, advanced paradigms, and AI integration.
• Mentor other developers and create space for the team to grow.
• Ensure that the technical vision aligns with the client’s business goals.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in software development.
• Strong background in building and shipping production-grade code.
• Wide understanding of different mobile technologies, including both native and cross-platform solutions like React Native and Flutter.
• Expertise covers modern front-end and backend frameworks, cloud ecosystems, and AI.
• Proven track record of building and scaling customer-facing digital products such as web portals, mobile apps, and eCommerce platforms.
• Fluency in both Finnish and English.
