What you will do
- Account for CI/CD across multiple development teams, organizing DevOps processes from start to finish.
- Introduce modern CI/CD and release management practices such as gradual rollouts, IaaC, etc.
- Automate the deployment of test, integration, and production environments.
- Introduce and configure observability instruments accepted on the company level.
- Work closely with the SRE department, Security team, and Platform teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years of experience in DevOps or a similar role.
- Expertise in CI/CD.
- Good understanding of GitOps, both pull and push models.
- Hands-on experience with containerisation solutions and particularly Kubernetes or Nomad.
- Knowledge of English at an upper-intermediate conversational level.
Nice to have
- Experience with GitLab CI and ArgoCD.
- Understanding of deploying and working with Redis, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with service meshes, particularly Istio.
- Basic understanding of data replication.
