What you will do
- Own and expand relationships with strategic automotive client accounts in North America.
- Identify new opportunities for revenue growth within existing client portfolios.
- Act as a trusted advisor and lead strategic discussions with CXO-level executives.
- Drive value creation through digital and AI-enabled solutions for productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape proposals and craft value propositions.
- Advocate for AI/GenAI solutions and articulate their business impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Automotive industry experience.
- 15+ years of IT services experience, specifically in account farming and growth.
- Established success in client relationship management, business development, and consulting.
- Solid understanding of P&L ownership and financial management for accounts.
- Ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation trends and AI/GenAI solutions.
- Comfortable with regular onsite client interaction (at least 2–3 times a week).
