Focus on implementing sales strategies, maintaining relationships with decision-makers, and ensuring client follow-up.

Location: Must be based in the area of Bologna or Firenze. 80% of time dedicated to traveling for customer meetings.

What you will do

• Sell hirify.global's products portfolio by prospecting new clients and developing existing ones.
• Monitor indirect sales through partners.
• Maintain relationships with local decision-makers.
• Implement sales strategies negotiated with major independent national or international retailers.
• Ensure close follow-up of clients in collaboration with internal departments.
• Update the CRM (Salesforce) tools regularly with opportunities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (3/5 years) in sales of technical digital products, including SaaS, IoT devices, and services.
• Well-versed in the retail sector.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills from store-level interactions to engagements with C-level executives.
• Excel in identifying and articulating the value of solutions to individual customers.
• Results-oriented with tenacity, organizational skills, and ability to work autonomously.
