TL;DR

SRE (Fintech): Involved in incident recording and resolution, developing scripts and CLIs against REST APIs and deploying small tasks on Cloud Run/Functions with an accent on SRE fundamentals, Jira Service Management API and automation. What you will do

• Prioritize Terraform, requiring hands-on experience or readiness to quickly close any skill gaps.
• Apply SRE fundamentals, including core metrics SLO/SLI, error budget, MTTA/MTTR, toil management, and postmortems.
• Write scripts/CLIs against REST APIs using Go/Python, preferably Go.
• Manage Jira Service Management (+JSM Operations) API + Automation, including JQL/CRUD, webhooks, webhooks actions, fields set up, and SLA/escalations.
• Deploy small tasks on GCP Cloud Run/Functions and use BigQuery.
• Participate in incident recording and resolution, owning tasks end-to-end and collaborating with engineering and product teams to identify bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Terraform experience.
• Proficiency in SRE fundamentals.
• Experience with Go/Python.
• Jira Service Management API and Automation knowledge.
• Basic GCP skills.
• Communication (English B2+): ability to run war-rooms and facilitate meetings with engineering leads and product managers.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Cloud (GCF).
• Experience in fintech.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes components.
