What you will do
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, verifying product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Provide administrative support to inside and outside sales representatives, coordinating with sales management and customer service.
- Track overall account activity for assigned customer groups, generating reports on market conditions and sales performance.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams, communicating order status and updates to stakeholders.
- Handle routine issues and escalate complex ones when needed.
Requirements
- College graduate or High School Diploma with at least 3 years of functional experience; fresh graduates are acceptable.
- With at least 1 year of BPO experience doing Sales Support for Order Entry & Management or Back Office/Data Entry role.
- Background in supply chain or IT distribution is an advantage.
- Average to Good communication skills.
- Knowledgeable with MS Excel functions.
- Willing to work on night shift and 10 days RTO/monthly.
