What you will do
- Provide technical support to the sales team, LVOs, and order coordinators by troubleshooting system issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot CPQ issues, escalating to leadership or IT when necessary.
- Create and manage ServiceNow incident tickets for escalations to Infosys.
- Raise and track customer setup requests in dataZen on behalf of sales representatives.
- Conduct CPQ training for sales representatives on quote entry and navigation.
- Update opportunities in Oracle CRM and sync information to CPQ.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year course.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service and 2 years within a hirify.global Customer Service environment.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research, analytical skills, and proficiency in Windows applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot CPQ issues and navigate systems like Oracle CRM, PIM, and Power BI.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, adaptable, and a team player with strong attention to detail.
