Salary: $139,000–$203,000

What you will do

• Drive the design, development, and implementation of integration and automation solutions using Workato for ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other cloud-based systems.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into well-scoped technical solutions.
• Collaborate with external development partners and maintain key in-house integrations.
• Maintain and enhance existing integration workflows to ensure data integrity, security, scalability, and performance.
• Manage integration work in Jira and create and maintain technical documentation in Confluence.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to business analysts and engineers, promoting platform best practices.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of professional experience with a focus on engineering, automation, APIs, and cloud solutions.
• 3+ years of experience with the Workato platform, including building complex workflows.
• Expertise in system integrations (iPaaS, APIs, or direct point-to-point).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems quickly, and work independently.
• Ability to work across global operation time zones.

Nice to have

• Workato certifications (I, II, III).
• Previous experience in solution architecture roles.
• Familiarity with AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, and S3.
