TL;DR

Sales Operations & Support Senior Analyst: Coordinating user account management and system onboarding for sales applications with an accent on data reconciliation and SOX compliance. Focus on developing automated dashboards and reports, analyzing large datasets for actionable insights, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Location: Mandaluyong City, Philippines. Please note: hirify.global will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship will not be provided.

What you will do

  • Coordinate user account management (activate, deactivate, modify, password reset) and access for sales applications (OKTA, hirify.global Solution Designer, Learning OKTA).
  • Report issues to application owners for appropriate resolution/fix.
  • Create and onboard Sales Representatives onto select hirify.global systems.
  • Ensure SOX Compliance for user termination/deactivation processes.
  • Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as PowerBI or Excel.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support transactional testing for system updates and perform transactional/bulk data updates to address defects.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Mandaluyong City, Philippines.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship provided.
  • Highly skilled in using sales systems (CRM, CPQ, ERP, and Oracle Sales Cloud).
  • Strong team orientation and focus on customer satisfaction and long-term customer relation building.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Highly competent user of Microsoft 360 suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Solid analytical skills and Excel capabilities.
  • English language skills required.

  • Preferred experience with user access management.
