What you will do

• Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, verifying product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Provide administrative support to inside sales representatives and prepare product and license quotes for pre-sales customers.
• Track overall account activity for assigned customer groups and generate reports on market conditions and sales performance.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., credit, logistics, supply chain) and communicate order status to stakeholders.

Requirements

• College graduate or High School Diploma with at least 3 years functional experience.
• At least 2 years BPO experience (any LOB).
• Background in supply chain or IT distribution is a huge advantage.
• Good English communication skills.
• Knowledgeable with MS Excel functions (vlookup, pivot, etc).
• Willing to work on night shift (Canada time zone) and 10 days RTO/monthly
