What you will do

• Manage significant marketing spend to drive over 40 million monthly visitors to hirify.global and Autolist.
• Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to enhance ad reach and efficiency.
• Write well-tested and maintainable code for a high-performance system.
• Collect and analyze data to build efficient models for marketing optimization.
• Be responsible for ad content generation, multisession attribution, and predictive value estimation.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of hands-on software development experience building modern applications.
• Strong ability to write high-quality code and tests.
• Familiarity with Kotlin (preferred), Java, or C#.
• Knowledge of SQL, especially MySQL, Snowflake, and Postgres, and database performance tuning.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with the marketing team.
• US work authorization is required to align with the hybrid work model and US-specific benefits provided.

• Experience with Terraform or AWS.
