Salary: $170,000 to $190,000 per year for roles based in California, Colorado, Maryland, New Jersey, Washington, or New York.

What you will do

• Set and own hirify.global’s global integrated media strategy across paid social, programmatic, and offline media.
• Own the integrated media budget, including forecasting, allocation, reallocation, and ROI optimization.
• Lead and manage a global media agency, holding them accountable for performance and outcomes.
• Translate media performance into clear business outcomes, including pipeline contribution, efficiency, and growth impact, and communicate results to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of experience in integrated media, paid social, or programmatic marketing within B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience setting media strategy, not just executing campaigns.
• Ownership of seven-figure global media budgets with clear accountability and decision-making authority.
• Strong understanding of audience strategy and how to activate audiences through paid media.
• Experience leading global agencies and managing multi-region media programs.
• Background in cybersecurity, IT, or related B2B technology markets.
