Salary: $88,000–$120,000 base salary, with OTE up to $150,000

What you will do

• Act as the technical encyclopedia for the sales team, representing how products solve customer problems.
• Assist customers, partners, and internal sales forces with technical aspects of HID PACS Solutions.
• Provide timely technical assistance to create sound solutions and educate customers.
• Build trusting relationships with technology decision-makers and understand channel partners' strategies.
• Organize demos and Proof of Concepts (POC) for HID products during events.
• Provide technical training to partners and end-users on HID technologies, including AI & Machine Learning integration.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Engineering teams, providing partner feedback for portfolio improvement.
• Maintain a strong technical command of the HID portfolio and coach junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 4-5 years of technical or presales experience supporting Physical Access Control Technology/Solutions.
• Minimum 2-3 years of in-depth HID PACS Products and Services experience required.
• Understanding of PACS systems and components, including Directory services (Active Directory, LDAP), Databases (SQL, Oracle), and Network protocols (SSL/TLS, HTTPS).
• Knowledge of Authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), Network security (Firewalls, DMZ, VPN), Cloud integrations (RESTful APIs, SDK), and Encryption standards (AES, RSA).
• Knowledge of industry standards like OSDP, Wiegand, ISO/IEC 14443, and mobile access technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
