What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans aligned with Western Australian Government priorities.
- Identify, qualify, and manage net-new and expansion opportunities across State and Local Government entities.
- Navigate complex sales cycles, ensuring compliance with Western Australian Government Procurement Rules and frameworks.
- Build and maintain deep, multi-threaded relationships with senior public servants and commercial managers.
- Lead and coordinate a matrixed account team to deliver value-based solutions using Customer 360, Industry Clouds, AI/Einstein, and Data solutions.
- Maintain high accuracy in pipeline management and forecasting using hirify.global.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience selling technology solutions directly into the Western Australian Government, State Agencies, or Local Government is essential.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas in enterprise SaaS, cloud, data, or digital transformation.
- Strong practical understanding of Western Australian Government Procurement Rules, processes, and tender requirements.
- Solid understanding of Australian Government security compliance requirements, including IRAP certification and Australian Data Residency.
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain multi-threaded relationships with senior-level public servants and procurement/commercial teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven capability in commercial negotiation.
Nice to have
- Prior experience working with hirify.global platform or competing enterprise cloud solutions.
- Existing relationships and network across key WA Government departments.
- Knowledge of specific digital modernisation priorities within the WA Public Sector.
