What you will do

• Define and execute strategic product roadmaps that improve user experience and foster growth.
• Lead projects from discovery through technical development and launch, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous iteration.
• Identify friction points in the user journey and partner with cross-functional teams to build accessible solutions.
• Prioritize product investments using structured evaluation of business impact and user value.
• Provide thought partnership across UX, growth, and operational functions, aligning cross-functional teams.
• Champion a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience building and shipping consumer products.
• Proven success delivering impactful products that customers love and that drive measurable business results.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to move fluidly between high-level vision and detailed execution.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across all levels.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools and user research methods.
• Ability to work closely with engineers and understand technical constraints.

Nice to have

• Experience creating scalable processes from scratch in fast-paced, operationally complex environments preferred.
• Empathy for users navigating sensitive health concerns and passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare access and outcomes.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
