Product Manager (Risk)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Risk): Defining and evolving hirify.global's end-to-end risk product vision, strategy, and execution with an accent on improving how hirify.global evaluates risk and scales infrastructure to hundreds of thousands of businesses. Focus on driving product development, establishing metrics, and delivering industry-leading products by combining business acumen with creative product strategy.

Location: Hybrid, requiring in-person work at least 2 days/week from our New York City or San Francisco offices.

Salary: $170K – $325K

What you will do

• Own hirify.global's risk product roadmap, focusing on application experience and risk management systems.
• Improve risk evaluation and infrastructure scaling for hundreds of thousands of US businesses.
• Drive product development in collaboration with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams.
• Define and establish metrics for product success insights.
• Use data and customer feedback to iterate and evolve product offerings.
• Deliver industry-leading products and user experiences, combining business acumen with creative product strategy.

Requirements

• BA/BS in a technical or analytical field is required.
• Minimum of either 5 years of product management experience OR 3 years of product management experience and 1+ year of experience as an engineer or data (applied) scientist.
• Experience managing software products from ideation to launch, including product vision, day-to-day prioritization, design, and go-to-market strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence small teams of engineers and designers towards a common goal.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate product decisions and trade-offs while being hyper-focused on delivering value for customers.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth startups.
• Experience building products with significant AI components, especially leveraging LLMs.
• Experience building in problem spaces requiring complex systems thinking like marketplace optimization or ads tech.
