Location: This is a field sales role based in Portland, Oregon or Seattle, Washington. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Salary: $187,500–$207,500 USD annual base pay

What you will do

  • Manage a team of enterprise account executives within a defined geographical territory.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to align with company goals and objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base for cloud security solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, solutions engineering) to ensure customer success.
  • Analyze sales data, forecast performance, and report on sales performance to executive leadership.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to drive individual and team success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing and leading a team of 4+ enterprise account executives.
  • 4+ years of sales experience in complex cloud or security solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership, management, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and adapt quickly to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing best practices and industry trends.
