What you will do
- Manage a team of enterprise account executives within a defined geographical territory.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to align with company goals and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base for cloud security solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, solutions engineering) to ensure customer success.
- Analyze sales data, forecast performance, and report on sales performance to executive leadership.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to drive individual and team success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing and leading a team of 4+ enterprise account executives.
- 4+ years of sales experience in complex cloud or security solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and adapt quickly to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing best practices and industry trends.
