What you will do

  • Serve as a key strategic partner to clients and cross-functional teams, championing new ideas.
  • Collaborate with intercompany teams to deliver innovative marketing and advertising solutions.
  • Ensure client expectations and deliverables are met accurately, on time, and on budget.
  • Manage matrixed teams, providing guidance and thought leadership daily.
  • Oversee the development and execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain processes to improve project organization and accuracy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of client leadership experience in a digital agency or marketing consultancy.
  • Confident, engaging, and persuasive presentation style.
  • Track record of expanding client relationships and scope through organic growth.
  • Ability to evaluate creative work from both strategic and executional perspectives.
  • Fluency in digital products, web development technologies, and design thinking.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing CX engagements (strategy + UX/UI design) with multiple project tracks and teams.
