What you will do

• Take ownership of project strategy by framing design problems and ensuring solutions align with business and user needs.
• Understand various research methodologies and apply knowledge of industry trends to influence design decisions.
• Assist in translating product vision into actionable concepts by contributing to discussions and creating prototypes.
• Experiment with visual variations and iterate based on feedback to create high-quality designs.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on design solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product strategy, user research, and visual design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Experience conducting user research and applying findings to design solutions.
• Understanding of design systems and ability to create scalable, consistent UI components.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven design decision-making.
• Experience with accessibility best practices.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
