Salary: $82,600–$124,000 CAD (plus commission $44,500–$66,700 CAD)

What you will do
- Manage and grow high-performing business development teams to exceed sales targets.
- Identify areas for improvement and actively coach and develop team members.
- Recruit for ongoing and future headcount needs, ensuring team accountability to sales metrics and KPIs.
- Work closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to align strategies.
- Collaborate with business operations to analyze results and improve systems, processes, and programs.
- Participate in leadership of the Hub office as required.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success as a top-performing salesperson and team leader/manager.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience developing sales teams through regular 1:1s, training, and coaching.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth technology companies.
- A track record of developing people and building high-velocity sales teams.
- Extraordinary communication and organizational skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- A competitive and growth mindset, especially regarding AI and process improvement.
Nice to have
- Sales experience and training at a leading tech/IT company.
- Experience at a SaaS company.
- Experience with cold calling and cold outreach.
- Strong understanding of sequencing and cadences (Salesloft/Outreach).
