What you will do

• Design and reason about integration experiences with a strong focus on end-user simplicity and developer experience.
• Build full-stack solutions across hirify.global's ecosystem, including back-end services, dashboard interfaces, and integrations with other hirify.global primitives.
• Engage directly with users to understand their business needs and translate requirements into concrete solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and other engineering teams to deliver these solutions.
• Help scale our systems to handle millions of transactions while maintaining high availability and performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer.
• Ability to take ambiguous product requirements and problems and turn them into working software solutions.
• Experience leading teams that have shipped and maintained critical user-facing products.
• Strong technical proficiency to engage thoughtfully with engineers about architecture and product design, with a particular focus on modern web technologies, performance, and user experience.
• Experience building extensible, leveraged software solutions that scale to different kinds of user needs, with the ability to empathize with users and advocate for exceptional user experiences.

Nice to have

• History of working on geographically distributed teams.
• Previous experiences working in payments and on payments technology.
• Previous experience using hirify.global products.
