What you will do
- Drive commercial success of learning and enablement offerings across enterprise accounts.
- Partner with sales and customer success teams to position learning as a key lever of customer adoption, renewal, and expansion.
- Translate customer goals into tailored enablement programs that accelerate transformation and ROI.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of customer training programs.
- Conduct learning diagnostics to identify skill gaps and adoption blockers.
- Track and report on enablement success metrics.
Requirements
- Proven track record of selling and implementing learning solutions into enterprise accounts in the software or cloud technology space.
- Deep understanding of the Americas enterprise landscape and industry verticals.
- Strong background in program management, enablement strategy, and learning & development design.
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills with fluency in English.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to balance customer satisfaction and revenue goals.
