What you will do

• Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, building a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Review resumes and conduct video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews with candidates, providing recommendations to hiring managers.
• Maintain effective communication and build relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and prepare recruitment reports to track KPIs and trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter, with a focus on hiring software engineers and AI engineers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and demonstrate flexibility.
