Location: Maven embraces a flexible hybrid work model, but a preference for candidates able to commute to the New York City office. For those in our New York City office, we encourage in-person collaboration by requiring team members to work onsite three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). For those based in San Francisco/Bay Area, CA, Seattle, WA, Boston, MA, Chicago, IL, and Washington, D.C., we encourage in-person collaboration by requiring team members to attend quarterly Work Together Days within these cities. This role requires active work authorization in the US.

Salary: $115,000–$135,000 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end strategy initiatives, from problem framing through analysis, executive synthesis, and execution support.
• Lead quantitative analyses and market research to shape strategic recommendations on business priorities.
• Build in data and measurement across Maven teams to help improve decision making.
• Support strategic annual planning processes and help monitor progress through the year.
• Act as a thought partner to functional leaders, translating ambiguous questions into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience at top-tier consulting, investment banking, high-growth startup, or related fields.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with high proficiency in Excel and ability to independently conceptualize and develop complex models.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to synthesize complex analyses into clear, concise narratives for senior executives.
• Comfortable presenting recommendations, fielding pushback, and driving productive decision-making in executive forums.
• Highly self-motivated, with the ability to run against problems with little direction, and knowing when and how to escalate effectively.
• Active work authorization in the US is required.
