What you will do
- Develop and maintain the single source of truth for Mission-Critical performance across Assets, VPP, Finance, and Trade.
- Translate vague business questions into clear, measurable analytics deliverables and guide stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic partner to the Product Manager in defining and tracking health metrics (KPIs, OKRs).
- Identify new metrics and reliable data sources, collaborating with Data Engineers on data models and pipelines.
- Share regular actionable insights with stakeholders and leadership to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree with a strong quantitative or technical focus.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or product analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with dbt or similar data-modelling tools.
- Experience in data visualization and dashboarding, preferably in Power BI.
- Experience working in cloud environments such as Snowflake or Databricks.
- Proven ability to connect operational metrics to commercial outcomes.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, including experience presenting to leadership.
Nice to have
- Experience in energy, forecasting, trading, or performance analytics.
