Location: Hybrid in Rotterdam, Netherlands. Work 40% at the office, 40% from home, and 20% flexibly. With manager approval, you may work abroad (within approved countries) up to 3 weeks/year, max 2 consecutively.

Salary: €85,000–€120,000 gross annual

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the single source of truth for Mission-Critical performance across Assets, VPP, Finance, and Trade.
• Translate vague business questions into clear, measurable analytics deliverables and guide stakeholders.
• Act as a strategic partner to the Product Manager in defining and tracking health metrics (KPIs, OKRs).
• Identify new metrics and reliable data sources, collaborating with Data Engineers on data models and pipelines.
• Share regular actionable insights with stakeholders and leadership to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree with a strong quantitative or technical focus.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or product analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with dbt or similar data-modelling tools.
• Experience in data visualization and dashboarding, preferably in Power BI.
• Experience working in cloud environments such as Snowflake or Databricks.
• Proven ability to connect operational metrics to commercial outcomes.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, including experience presenting to leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience in energy, forecasting, trading, or performance analytics.
