What you will do

• Deliver strategic insights and risk recommendations to customers.
• Analyze complex on-chain and financial datasets and translate data into valuable reports.
• Create and present clear data visualizations for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional research and engineering teams.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of the platform and analytical methodologies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in the web3/crypto industry.
• Demonstrated experience in modeling or analyzing Decentralized Finance (DeFi) protocols.
• Excellent SQL knowledge for data querying and analysis.
• Proficient in Python coding for scripting, data manipulation, and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in English for report writing and stakeholder presentations.

Nice to have

• Experience with smart contracts, blockchain protocols, and/or DeFi projects.
• Familiarity with profiling tools and performance optimization techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or an equivalent technical field.
