What you will do

• Drive the design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of large-scale distributed systems and cloud network management solutions.
• Oversee analysis, programming, and debugging of software features.
• Lead code and design reviews.
• Set technical direction and mentor junior and staff engineers.
• Maintain and correct customer-found defects in the existing Java-based XIQ-SE Network Management project.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, with a focus on network management.
• Experience developing applications with SQL databases, including PostgreSQL.
• Experience with J2EE or Jboss/Wildfly.
• Proficiency in Java, Linux, and RESTful APIs.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP) and data modeling (YANG, JSON).
