What you will do

  • Own alliance relationships and drive partnership growth, potentially managing multiple alliances.
  • Evaluate and establish co-selling agreements and programmatic selling activities with sales teams.
  • Build joint strategic business plans with partners and align executive sales leadership.
  • Drive incremental pipeline and opportunities, ensuring customer success and reducing churn rates.
  • Participate in strategic go-to-market activities and quarterly business reviews.

Requirements

  • 12-14 years of experience in sales or alliance management roles.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, or additional relevant experience at the manager’s discretion.
  • Sales accreditation or certification in Alliance platform strongly required.
  • Expert-level knowledge of planning, designing, and executing partner programs.
  • Strong understanding of partner economics, solution development, and market processes.
  • Ability to articulate a clear vision, secure commitment, and establish governance with leaders.
  • English: B2 required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
