Salary: $182,000–$207,000

• Architect organizational design and internal operating models to execute corporate priorities.
• Ensure highly leveraged investments in teams across people, tooling, and real estate.
• Lead high-impact change management programs to ensure effective strategic shifts.
• Assist with long-range planning efforts, especially regarding internal resource investments.
• Lead bespoke, non-BAU analyses for high-priority initiatives outside traditional functional homes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of high-impact experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Operations, or Management Consulting, with a focus on organizational transformation and operating model design.
• Proven ability to translate corporate strategy into functional organizational structures.
• Sophisticated understanding of resource allocation and managing trade-offs.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale change management programs, ensuring deep adoption.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the EQ to navigate complex internal stakeholder interests.
• Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity.
