Location: This is a hybrid role based in Suzhou, China. Employees within a 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific Microsoft office are expected to work from the office at least four days per week starting January 26, 2026.

hirify.global's Finance Recommendation team focuses on building personalized recommendation systems in finance domains for products like Copilot, MSN, and Edge.

What you will do

• Introduce state-of-the-art AI research and technology into products by designing scalable, data-driven solutions.
• Analyze product scenarios, identify key challenges, and design experimental processes for iteration and optimization.
• Collaborate with research and product teams to apply advanced methods and negotiate practical solutions.
• Mentor and support junior team members, assist with recruitment, and build connections with academia.
• Utilize expertise in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Computer Vision to develop algorithms and enhance product quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years related experience.
• Solid coding skill and good experience on deep learning framework like PyTorch, TensorFlow, CNTK.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in a related field with relevant experience.
• Working or research experience on recommendation areas.
• Good communication skills and self-motivation.
