Salary: $91,000 – $143,000

What you will do

• Build the enterprise learning architecture for multi-program transformations, aligned to business outcomes and sponsor priorities.
• Design, develop, and lead custom role-based training programs for hirify.global solutions.
• Implement advanced training methodologies, including Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs, to scale adoption across customer organizations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive training materials tailored to customer roles and business processes.
• Develop metrics to measure training effectiveness, user engagement, and knowledge retention.
• Partner with product teams to incorporate new features and updates into training programs promptly.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in training design and delivery for enterprise systems, with strong proficiency in PLM, CAD, and ALM solutions.
• Experience with instructional design, learning engineering, performance support, microlearning, and inclusive design.
• Proven expertise in creating and executing role-based training programs and TTT initiatives.
• Experience applying OCM methodologies to complement training and adoption strategies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• US Citizenship is required.

• Experience with hirify.global software solutions such as Windchill, Creo, Codebeamer.
• Experience with Learning tools and Platforms: Viva Learning, Cornerstone, Workday Learning.
