What you will do

• Own the long-term technical and organizational strategy for hirify.global Elevate.
• Lead and coach Engineering Managers and senior technical leaders.
• Evaluate and refine existing processes, fostering efficiency while maintaining a commitment to quality.
• Plan and coordinate strategic improvement initiatives and lead change management.
• Collaborate with other functions at hirify.global, such as product, operations, & GTM, on initiatives to align the product strategy with customer needs and business objectives.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in a relevant field, e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or Engineering.
• A couple of years of experience in a similar role, Head of Engineering or Senior Engineering Manager.
• Experience leading and managing colleagues of different seniority levels, delivering technical workshops, and providing advanced technical mentorship.
• Experience with scaling agile product organizations with multiple teams.
• Experience working cross-functionally with other teams to align goals with the company's overall priorities and deliver value to the business.
• You are fluent in technical and business English, both spoken and written
